Suitable for remediation, restoration and maintenance contractors, property managers, surveyors, housing providers, insurers and loss adjusters. Services and reporting requirements are agreed for each instruction.
No extra fee is required to receive your sample result. Detailed written interpretive reports are available separately for an additional charge. A sample result is not a whole-property survey.
Aerolyse provides nationwide postal testing for suitable surface mould and bacterial samples. We send appropriate sampling materials and instructions, analyse your returned samples and provide the test results. Air sampling requires an Aerolyse site visit.

Surface mould £100 per sample; bacteria £100 per sample. Analysis and the test result are included, linked to the supplied sample or job reference.
View all pricesAirborne mould samples are collected by Aerolyse during a site visit. Air sampling is not available through the postal service. Air testing is £130 per air sample, including collection, analysis and result, plus the £150 attendance fee.
